Charlie: our first vertical AI project

Charlie is the first application of this development path.

Unlike a general-purpose chatbot, Charlie is conceived as a vertical digital assistant, progressively built around the knowledge, experience and operational logic of the professional aquarium sector.

Its development explores several areas:

• operational support for professional staff;
• guided access to technical knowledge;

• organization and preservation of sector experience.

The objective is not to replace professional expertise.

The objective is to make expertise easier to access, organize and use.
